Jo Malone Body Creme: Peony and Blush Suede

I have to admit, I am one very lucky girl. I have the sweetest most generous friends anyone could ask for, shown perfectly with this lovely and generous gift I was given for my birthday.

Also, how beautiful are these peonies? I wish they were around a little longer.

I am a huge fan of the Peony and Blush Suede perfume, that I talked about before here. I really wasn't sure if it was going to be a scent I would enjoy with it being floral, I'm not a huge fan of strong floral perfumes but I love it. So...when I opened the beautifully presented Jo Malone box the morning of my birthday, and found the body creme I was so excited. Something Jo Malone do extremely well is keep each scent the same across all the products. From the perfume to the candles each one smells just as perfect as the other so I knew it was going to smell amazing (also I may have been into the store to smell it quite a few times before).

It is a real luxury product, it comes in a heavy glass jar and is just as sleek as everything else Jo Malone do. At £50 a jar it is not what I would call an affordable every day body cream, but it does make a great product for special occasions. It sinks into your skin very quickly and leaves no greasy residue behind. The smell stays around for a few hours definitely, but you can also layer it with the matching perfume to prolong its wear. Or, if you like to mix and match the scents at Jo Malone, you can pair it with one of your favourites. My favourite to wear with it is Wisteria and Violet from the London Rain collection...they make the most amazing combination.

This is definitely one of my favourite pamper products, what are yours?
